Copyright & Content Removal

We respect the rights of creators and publishers. If you believe material on AXY News uses your work without permission, or if you have another reason to ask us to review content, tell us and we will look at it promptly.
Copyright complaints
Email info@axynewsglobal.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, organisation (if any) and contact details,
- a description of the work you own, with a link to it where possible,
- the link to the AXY News page and the specific material you believe infringes it,
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law,
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or replace the material and let you know. If we remove material, we may inform the person or source who provided it.
Other removal requests
You can also ask us to review content for other reasons, for example if it contains your personal information, is out of date in a way that causes harm, or you believe it is inaccurate. Email editorial@axynewsglobal.com with the page link and your reasons. We weigh each request against the public interest in the information; we do not remove accurate journalism simply because it is unwelcome, but we do correct mistakes and act on genuine privacy and safety concerns.

Images on AXY News are credited to their source or photographer. Freely licensed images show their licence. If you see an image credited incorrectly, please tell us so we can fix it.
