AXY News is a digital news publishing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users interact with AXY News services, including features that connect with YouTube through Google OAuth 2.0.

YouTube API Services

AXY News uses the YouTube Data API and Google OAuth 2.0 to allow an authorized AXY News owner or operator to connect a YouTube account and publish approved AXY News video content to that account.

Information Accessed Through Google / YouTube

When an authorized owner connects a YouTube account, AXY News may receive OAuth authorization tokens required to perform approved YouTube API actions. AXY News does not request or store the user's Google password.

The current YouTube integration is designed primarily for uploading owner-approved video content and related metadata such as title, description, and visibility.

How YouTube Data Is Used

YouTube-related authorization is used only to provide the requested AXY News publishing functionality. AXY News does not sell YouTube API data and does not provide authorized YouTube account data to unauthorized third parties.

Owner Consent and Upload Control

AXY News requires an authorized owner action before publication. The owner can review upload metadata and visibility before an upload is executed. Development and compliance-test uploads may be restricted to Private visibility.

Revoking Google / YouTube Access

Users may revoke AXY News access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account permissions page:

AXY News also provides account connection/revocation controls within its YouTube integration where available.

Deletion of Stored Authorization Data

When YouTube authorization is disconnected or revoked through the AXY News account controls, stored OAuth authorization credentials associated with that connection are removed from the active AXY News integration in accordance with the application's security workflow.

Data Security

AXY News uses server-side access controls and protected configuration for sensitive authorization information. Access tokens and secrets are not intentionally exposed through public application responses.

This policy may be updated as AXY News features or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain publicly available at this URL.
